Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
Develop over-arching regional risk technology framework that ensures risk compliance but also facilitates and supports business growth.

* Establish the state of each business's risk technology relative to the global and regional standard.
* Prioritize improvement projects. These are based on need, business size, resource availability and external support.
* Insure project designs and workflows comply with regional risk standards.
* Actively push for system centralization to improve launch time and reduce launch costs.
* Assist businesses with system troubleshooting, improvement and maintenance.
* Stay current on the lastest technology available and present it to businesses to address specific needs.
* Coordinate the construction and improvement of data warehouses across the region.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline
* 3-5 years Credit Risk Experience
* Knowledge of the Asian Region advantageous but not essential
* Ability to manage competing priorities, to project manage and meet the needs of a range of stakeholders
* Proven ability to consult, drive change and influence within the Risk organization and also across business functions
* Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, coaching and leadership ability
* General knowledge of Risk technology advantageous
* Strong background in interpretation of complex data and how to drive decisions with data
* Essential personal attributes include self motivation and a determination to achieve successful change
* Ability to travel across the region with minimal notice for up to 50% of the time
* Fluency in English both written and verbal essential
