Assistant Factory Manager (Cambodia-based)

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and monitor the planning of the garment manufacturing process
2. Allocation of resources for the factory operations to ensure production growth
3. Improvement in productivity to achieve company’s goals

Requirements

1. At least 3 to 5 years garment factory operations and management experience
2. Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and team building skills
3. Good analytical with strong problem solving ability
4. Able to speak and write in Mandarin
5. Able to travel for business as and when required
